Sarah Muzzio PT, DPT

Dr. Sarah Muzzio, DPT, is a highly skilled physical therapist with a passion for helping athletes prevent and recover from injuries. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Oakland University in Michigan and has been practicing in California for the last 8 years. Sarah's dedication to her profession is reflected in her participation in a one-year residency program with Beaumont Hospital, where she gained valuable experience in orthopedics, neurology, geriatrics, and cardiology under the guidance of board-certified physical therapists.

Since moving to the South Bay, Sarah has focused on working with the neurologic population before transitioning to outpatient orthopedics. Her background as a gymnast, and her personal experience with injuries and sports, has given her unique insights into the challenges athletes face. Sarah's goal is to deliver high-quality, sport-specific rehabilitation that not only helps athletes recover but also prevents future injuries.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys exploring the many hiking trails and beaches of Southern California. She is also an avid foodie, and loves to discover new restaurants throughout LA with her friends.

Berengere Delgado PT, DPT

Introducing Dr. Berengere, fondly known as Bere. With an extensive background in women's health and a variety of orthopedic injuries, she stands out as a specialist in pelvic floor issues—ensuring activities like running are worry-free for you. Beyond her technical prowess, Bere's effervescent personality lights up any room she enters, consistently bringing smiles to those around her.

An enthusiast of an active lifestyle, Bere cherishes her time under the sun and values the moments she spends with her family. More than just a clinician, she sees herself as a catalyst for change in her patients' lives. Bere's dedication is evident as she continually strives to empower her patients, aiding them in achieving their personal health milestones. With her guidance, she aims to equip you with the tools and motivation necessary to embrace and maintain an active way of life.

Brittany Beckwith PT, DPT

Brittany Beckwith, PT, DPT, is a seasoned physical therapist who earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University. She holds a Neurologic Clinical Specialist Certification from the APTA and has extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation. Currently, she practices in outpatient orthopedics, where she integrates whole-person care and focuses on empowering patients  with the tools to manage their health and maintain active lifestyles.

Brittany has completed specialized training in pelvic floor therapy, running gait analysis, and pain-free performance coaching. With personal experience in running and triathlon training, she enjoys helping athletes build movement capacity and reduce pain.

Outside of her clinical work, Brittany enjoys cycling, hiking, camping, yoga, and spending time at the beach. She also enjoys visiting local coffee shops and baking.
